Instruction manual
Materials and devices:
Fill the soaking tank or the appliance to be cleaned with warm water (35-55°C) and add BOMAZYM MIX. Dose 5g to 20g of BOMAZYM MIX per liter of water depending on the soiling. Soak for at least 20 minutes. Rinse with clean water.
Fryers:
Remove the frying oil and any food residue. Mix BOMAZYM MIX in a bucket with warm water (45-55°C) until completely dissolved. Dispense 8g of BOMAZYM MIX per liter of water. Pour the mixture into the fryer and soak overnight if possible. Then empty the fryer again and scrub the edges if necessary. Rinse with clean water and dry thoroughly.
DO NOT use on aluminum.
